How are tools considered?
We assess presentation and interaction requirements in the specific product version or custom interface. Supported functions and limitations inform the design; a generic tool recommendation does not replace this test.
How is design effectiveness tested?
Users complete predefined tasks; we record correct interpretation, difficulties and, where relevant, completion time. Results retain their test scope and baseline without promising a generic improvement rate.
