Setting up regulatory data interfaces and workflow systems encompasses three core areas: (1) Data Interface Architecture — XBRL-CSV and XBRL-XML interfaces for COREP, FINREP and national reports in line with the Bundesbank PRISMA requirements, including ExtraNet connectivity and automated validation. (2) Workflow Orchestration — End-to-end automation of the reporting chain from data extraction through ETL processing to final submission, with four-eyes approval and audit-proof logging. (3) Data Quality Management — Cross-validation of reporting data, data lineage tracking and continuous monitoring to prevent queries from BaFin and the Bundesbank.
